SGA STI Testing Program

The Student Government Association (SGA) has recognized the importance that getting tested for sexually transmitted disease has on the health of our students.  It has made funds available to reduce the cost of getting tested.  Now you just pay $5 for gonorrhea/chlamydia testing and $5 for HIV testing.  As in years past, Student Health Services does the tests for trichomonas and syphilis free of charge.

Self Care Center

Student Health Services has a Self Care Center for students that want over-the-counter medicine to treat their cold symptoms.  It is not necessary to see a medical provider to get them.  Cough drops, cough syrup, decongestants, and acetaminophen (Tylenol) are available at no charge.  Come to the receptionist's desk at Student Health Services to get what you need!
